At HOT DEALS TRAVELS & TOURISM, we strive to offer the best travel experiences to our valued customers. We understand that sometimes plans may change, and we aim to make our refund and cancellation process as smooth and transparent as possible.

1. Cancellation Policy

Flight Bookings: Cancellation charges will be as per the airline’s policy. Our service charges are non-refundable.

Hotel Bookings: Cancellations made within the allowed period will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy. Any non-refundable deposits or advance payments will be forfeited as per the hotel’s terms.

Holiday Packages & Tours:

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date: 20% of the package cost will be deducted.

Cancellations made 15–29 days before the travel date: 50% of the package cost will be deducted.

Cancellations made less than 15 days before the travel date: 100% of the package cost will be charged; no refund will be provided.

Any third-party charges or non-refundable components (such as visa fees, insurance, or special activity tickets) will be deducted as per actuals.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–15 working days after deducting cancellation charges and any applicable service fees.

Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.

HOT DEALS TRAVELS & TOURISM shall not be responsible for delays in refunds due to delays from airlines, hotels, or other third-party service providers.

3. Changes & Amendments

Any amendments in the booking are subject to availability and may attract additional charges as per the airline, hotel, or supplier policy.

Service fees may apply for any changes requested.

4. No Show Policy

In case of a no-show (failure to travel without cancellation), no refund will be provided.
